These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by DigitalOrbit LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
1. Services
DigitalOrbit LLC provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Design & Development
- Content Marketing and related digital solutions
2. Project Engagement
- Projects are executed on either a fixed-price basis or a milestone-based payment model, as agreed prior to project initiation.
- The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly outlined and mutually approved in writing before the project begins.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require separate approval and may incur additional charges.
3. Payments
- For fixed-price projects, an upfront payment is required, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as agreed.
- For milestone-based projects, payments must be made upon completion of each milestone.
- All payments are non-refundable once the agreed work or milestone has been delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project
- Offer timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays
- Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
5. Performance & Liability
- DigitalOrbit LLC strives to deliver the best possible results; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates.
- Results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.
- DigitalOrbit LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the United States and the United Kingdom, depending on the client’s location or contracting entity.
