Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email at info@digitalorbitllc.com.
- For milestone-based projects, all completed milestones will be invoiced and are non-refundable.
- For fixed-price projects, payments received for work completed up to the cancellation date will be retained by DigitalOrbit LLC.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and web development services, full refunds are not applicable once the project has commenced.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if DigitalOrbit LLC has not initiated the project within the agreed timeline and no substantial work has been completed.
- Any approved refunds will be processed at the sole discretion of DigitalOrbit LLC.
